Before You Begin:
A few words of hard earned advice to those who are contemplating attending our course and entering the industry.
At first glance, especially to non-military backgrounds, this website can come off as rather intimidating. This image is magnified when you read instructor biographies and graduate’s comments. We have had, over the years, a number of perfectly eligible students contact us and explain that they never applied because they thought they would never make it. That’s the wrong answer for everybody, ourselves included.

If this is what you sincerely want to do, then we encourage you to contact us. We don’t care if you flip burgers or are a multi millionaire superstar. Nor do we care if you have no prior experience. If you bring a good attitude coupled with a strong desire to learn we will do everything in our power to help you succeed, to include job placement. We have found that motivated students desiring to do their best have an awesome time here, regardless of their backgrounds. When you succeed, so do we.

We believe that the greatest failure is the failure to try, as then you will spend the rest of your life never knowing what could have been. The Center offers 3 distinct Training Programs.

Each one is hand crafted for a specific segment of the population seeking to enter the security industry. All are tailor made with one overwhelming objective in mind. We strive to train selected applicants to the highest possible commercial level within the shortest time frame feasible. In so doing, we are providing the prerequisite skills which enable graduates to embark upon financially lucrative and mentally rewarding employment in the security sector. Although we do not guarantee jobs to any applicant, graduates find that with the skills they have learned with us they stand head and shoulders above their peers, a condition that has not gone unnoticed in the industry.

Our Training Programs are broken into three unique tracks which are as follows:

Month Long Immersion Program:

This 28 day course has been our flagship vehicle since the inception of the company. With training in both Florida and South America it represents the most intensive program commercially available. Though the course is mentally and physically demanding, the rewards, in terms of employment, can be extremely attractive. Every one of the individual’s displayed on the “Graduate’s Corner” page has completed this prestigous and challenging program. The average age of the candidates is 35.

Fourteen Day High Risk Tactical Operators Course:

Driven by a perceived need in the industry, this abbreviated course is specially designed for those who wish to enter Private Security Industry in an armed role, usually pertinent to Iraq and Afghanistan. Short on theory and long on practical applications, this program appeals to a much younger applicant (25 average age) who are either incapable of raising the capital necessary for the longer course or whose sole interest is entry level employment in a conflict area. Tactical Shooting Course:

Traditional shooting programs are hopelessly outdated, having no parallel with actual engagements. Exhaustive studies have repetitively confirmed that violent altercations occur at a range of 5 meters or less. Most are over in a matter of seconds and few entail the firing of more than a couple of rounds of ammunition. Drawn out gun battles, with frequent magazine changes, are best left to Hollywood although there have been a few notable exceptions in Iraq.

Our shooting program is a stand alone course, designed to create a core set of skills to enable the candidate to react to and overcome the situations just described. The training methodology focuses on situational awareness, instinctive shooting, and fluidity. Additional stressors, in the form of multiple aggressors and innocent bystanders are introduced as core competencies improve.
