International Teaming Agreement

The Center for Advanced Security Studies has recently (January of 2011) emerged first from a highly competitive field to enter into a strategic teaming agreement with one of the world’s largest infrastructure engineering companies.

Halcrow (www.halcrow.com ) has over 6000 employees in 98 offices spanning the globe. Halcrow plans, designs and provides management services for infrastructure projects worldwide. One of the fastest growing divisions is Maritime Security, which has developed a wide array of both maritime and broad spectrum security services. These services range from security assessments to specific training needs promulgated at a Natioal level.

CASS was delighted to discover we won this highly prestigious teaming arrangement, and already joint plans are being developed for the first Deployment, which will be in February to train the Government Security Services of a Central American nation. The second deployment, focusing on the Caribbean, will occur in April with a theme of Surveillance/Counter Surveillance instruction for selected National Level Assets. Other projects being discussed include South America, the Middle East, and the Western Seaboard of the US.

In keeping with CASS policies, we will be deploying with selected graduates who distinguished themselves during training. Entry level pay will be in the $300-350 per day plus all expenses paid range. Preference will be given to those who exceeded the standard in the Surveillance/Counter Surveillance portion of the course.
Based upon projects pending, we anticipate aggressive strategic growth worldwide. As projects are completed, they will be posted on the website.
